A professional relationship begins only after the scope and terms of services are agreed to and any required engagement documents are completed.
3. Accuracy and deadlines
We work to keep website information useful and current, but tax laws, filing requirements, agency guidance, prices, availability, and third-party resources can change. We do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or error-free. You remain responsible for providing complete and accurate information and for meeting applicable filing, payment, response, and appeal deadlines unless a written engagement expressly states otherwise.
4. Consultation requests and communications
Form and chat confirmations show that a request was received; they do not confirm an appointment, engagement, filing, extension, representation, or deadline action. Do not use the public website, chat, or ordinary email to send Social Security numbers, tax returns, tax documents, banking information, or other sensitive data. Use the secure client portal when instructed.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, use automated systems to overload or scrape the site, or use site content in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Links to Calendly, Intuit ProConnect, government websites, professional associations, calculators, and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Ziggy's Tax Advantage does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

Unless otherwise indicated, this site's text, branding, layout, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Ziggy's Tax Advantage and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission. Third-party names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Ziggy's Tax Advantage does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular tax result, agency action, refund amount, processing time, or outcome.
